TDI. golf 2000 Flash Red. Jul 30, 2009. #14. 230HP cost me Eur7,500 worth of engine internals. and that's not including turbo, mapping, labour and many more things. Then you need to work on the brakes and suspension. It's a long expensive road, but all worth it in the end. G.

Aug 26, 2005. #2. Depends on how much fuel you inject. You could say that without any fuel added you could run about 300psi of boost without bending anything (no fuel just pressure). As you add fuel the amount of boost you can add decreases to to peak cylinder pressures. Boost pressure by itself does nothing in terms of power, in fact higher
It's sitting in my office waiting to be installed. I've heard a few times now that the auto tranny can handle around 250lb torque, which is about where I'm sitting since 80k km. My auto has not slipped so far, 0-60 in ~6.5-7.0 sec in cold wheather. When it starts slipping I plan to have the tranny and TC rebuilt to handle 400-500lb torque.
I have 1.9 TDi (85 kW) 2005 VW Sharan (EDM market). Lately, when temperature in the morning is below 0°C its sometime impossible to start - It is cranking but doesnt start. What I have done/figured out: -all 4 glow plugs were replaced. -measured voltage on all 4 glow plug connections with voltmeter. Also in the Bentley it says compression temp can reach up to 900C/1650F and I've always wondered what role that plays on egt's. However, if you are an enthusiast that is trying to push for 200hp or more, the DLC Race 520 nozzles are the way to go. Price: $299. 2. 1.9 TDI ALH Flash Tuning. A tune and nozzle upgrades will provide the biggest bang for your buck when you are upgrading an ALH .
