The adblue level never managed to reset, either by an ignition turn on or driving, however the range was going down as normal. I finally got round to topping up with min amount shown and more importantly remembered to reset with ignition turn on and range has changed to 5500 miles. Strange behaviour yesterday. 2017 T6 150. On my way back from a client an adblue warning appeared on the MFD - 650 miles remaining before no start. Very strange as I had covered less than 300 miles since adding 10l of adblue. Warning continued popping up periodically on the MFD as a I drove on. Loz said: Yes, set the time in MFD>Settings. drive the window down manually, at the bottom, let go, press down again hold for 3 seconds. drive the window up to the top, let go, pull up again and hold for 3 seconds. repeat for other window. Perfect that sorted the mirrors.

Quite a discrepancy in remaining AdBlue range what Instruments sees (450 km) vs. what engine reports (9635 km). Also marked with red/yellow other not normal values - obviously the AdBlue Warning is stored here. View attachment 160500 Interesting why/how the Instruments has taken a separate path. Possibly the "flags" below from engine are the cause Vehicle. T6.1 Beach camper 150. Mar 4, 2021. #8. Manual says it uses between 0.5L to 2.0L per 1,000 km, so at 19,000 km when it has yet to regen, gives a capacity between 9.5 and 38 litres, so no help at all. @Jabberwocky think your data is the old 199 PS engine not the RDE2 engine. T6 Legend. 30 Aug 2021. #8. Tic tac said: Thought mine did 6k,before top up. Is the 6.1 AdBlue tank smaller? They all do around 4500-6000 miles on a fill. But the first warning is around 1500 miles remaining. After that it nags you all the way down to empty, at which point it won’t start. So, all good. Finally found an Adblue pump this morning, and filled to the brim. Turned on ignition for the required 30s, and hey presto, no warning message. This morning I put in 7.5 litres, which is on top of the 5 litres I put in when the van told me to put in between 4.25 and 5.75 litres. So 12.5 litres in total. Two things I have learned

Each time the fault code was P0401 EGR insufficient flow. The warranty expired in February and the van is now showing the same fault.
Hi - I am a new member stuck in France. Had a warning message ERROR: ADBLUE (DEF) no engine start in 600 miles - I am 550 miles from Eurotunnel. Took it to a garage (no VW garages near me so went to Renault). They could not fix it and said it needed to go to VW. Rang VW Europe recovery.
